These terms govern any motion design work ordered through motionvix.com. By sending a product photo and requesting a storyboard, you agree to the terms below.

What's included

• One 10–15 second product motion ad, delivered in the aspect ratio agreed on for its intended platform
• A storyboard shared for your approval before final rendering begins
• One round of revisions after delivery of the final cut

Your responsibilities

You confirm that any product photo, logo, or brand asset you send is either your own or that you have the right to use it for this purpose. Motionvix is not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted assets.

Turnaround

Storyboards are typically shared within 48 hours of receiving a complete brief. Final delivery timing depends on revision rounds and response time on approvals.

Limitation of liability

Motionvix provides creative and marketing assets. We make no guarantee about sales, engagement, or advertising performance resulting from delivered work.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
